Hi Crunch!
I love Cornwall, but I've never actually been to Truro. We usually stay along the north Cornwall coast. We'd love to move down there if we could find work.

Hi Crunch, good to hear from you. No not many raw-foodist here and not enough organic produce here either!!! We will be moving the retreat to either Malaga or Barcelona next year as there is more organic and more health awareness in these places. What's it like in Cornwall?
Hi Jessie. My friend Saskia is a raw food coach and i've got a couple of other friends who dabble, but Bristol is still surprisingly cooked vegan. I'm going to a friend's mini festival on Dartmoor next weekend which should be very raw. Will be packing supplies though, just in case. Have you managed to get a pot luck running yet? x
Hey! My first GITMR friend. The sun's out and I'm already in the garden doing my morning worship. Bikram at 12. It's a 'me' day today. How's life further south west? X
Sorry it has taken so long to reply. I thought I had.
How are things where you are, whereabouts are you?
The wild foraging sounds great. I would like to do more of that definitely, I would like to go on more foraging walks. I think there is someone in cornwall who does them and there is a person called cleo who does them who I knew from when my kids were at the steiner school, she is brilliant. Here is her website http://wildhearth.co.uk/.
Hi Jess!
Where in Cornwall are you? I come down and stay with a mate sometimes in Porth Towen. I live near Exeter. I love your photos! Hope you're havin fun xxx
I rode all my childhood, but like you, now i do wonder if they like it. I think some do and some don't. I love the horse whispering type of riding/training horses coz it seems that the rider and horse are truly in harmony, and not rider kicking and whipping the pissed off horse! Haven't ridden for years, I have cuddled and fed plenty though ;) I love to share breath with horses, sounds odd but they love it if you breathe into their noses, it is a bonding thang!! And really quite beautiful. Told you, am horse mad, I was probably a unicorn in a previous life - yeah I wish, more like a donkey or an ass!!
My cat won't go on the rebounder when I'm watching, but there were paw marks on it this morning, so someone with paws had a bounce but i'm not saying anything to anyone about it...he gets easily embarrased...
I want to go to the Lost gardens of Heligian, I saw it on the internet recently, is it worth visiting, it looks magical from the photos? Is your fella raw too?
love the pony photo, are you going to get one? I am horse obsessed, never owned one though.
I have a Fur Husband,he is a siamese tomcat, and he takes care of me pretty well. I have no complaints ;)
I have got a rebounder, I just got it out today for the 1st time in ages, cor I was huffing and puffing, I saw the comment below and thought, ah yes another who knows the magic of the rebounder. It is just the best thing ever isn't it, I love bouncing.
Where is that photo of the grass head from, could it be the Lost Gardens of whatsitcalled in Cornwall?
Have a happy day/night/whatever/
Luv Zxx

I was at a red light. Same thing also happened to me when Rudy Guiliani crossed in front of my car. Hitting the gas did occur to me for a second or two.
