It makes me sad to see that your not on this site anymore:( You have been very helpful to me and a incredible resource. I wish I could still have contact with you. My email is Jamisonscala@yahoo.com
Hey ! thanks so much for the advice on the iron and ginko. Trying to transition and collect info. Also, a friend recently came to me explaining her issue with painful cracks in her "toe webbing." Dry and itchy...may be athletes foot, but it is only on her pinky toe.I think it is just from being cramped up in winter boots, but was wondering if you know about any food deficiency for such cracks in the toe. Thank you
Thanks for finding that post! I was afraid you had deleted your account, since all your responses in some threads were gone. I'll PM you! That's a beautiful picture btw!
It's sad to see you won't be here anylonger, I just noticed your profile from some great responses u gave to others under challenging situations. U have a lot of wise advice to spread, without being overly defensive or dramatic as I am noticing some others tend to do here. It's an interesting energy to observe, so I can understand your decision to pull your energy back. Good luck to you : )
ok adam, thx for care, i would follow what u said, hope its good recomendation, maybe with raw it just desapear too, i have read many women writing about healing even hashimoto or hypothyroid on raw....i do at least some juice fasting, but only short time one. i heard it is good to eat at least half time of fast very clean and little(count) it it right, exactly like u said, i am strong enough to even harm my self, and i surely dont want too......
bdw.could u tell me rough price for supervision on fasting? so i know how much to safe? if i will need it then too?
hi adam, i have special question or demand, could u please assist me on 10 days fast and then 20 days? my motivation is get rid of hashimotho disease(autoimmune thyroid problem). I cannot afford payd assistant as a student now, but i can assiste u as a trainer (of condition or so) if u want....
(i already try 5 day) fast....but i went surfing the 5 th day and i should go 6th as well, but it was stupid, coz i thought i have reserve body fat, the body take the energy there but it can only take it to survive the fasting but not for hard extra work.... so i had to break it....
Hello Adam.
Thank you for getting back to me. I will spend the next few days paying more attention to exactly what I eat to get a better sense of my diet.
I am just starting to get more active with about 2-3 hours a week in the gym, combined strength and cardio. I am muscled but been inactive for a few years and over weight and out of aerobic shape. I am 59 years old, and about 36 kilos over weight.
I spend most of the day away from my home so I need to plan better and bring more fruit with me. Based on other's reports on this site it seems clear to me that I need to eat a lot more fruit. I do well in the morning when I start with a large smoothie and bring some fruit with me, but come later in the afternoon I seem depleted and have cravings for cooked and heavier foods.
I will keep more of a journal and report to you in a few days. I truly appreciate your assistance.
I would appreciate your advice on a health matter. I appreciate your posts...full of wisdom, knowledge and compassion.
I tend to eat on the run between jobs...I am transitioning to a 811, but still eat some cooked food, but I don't beat myself up over it. Even my raw could use improvement. I don't measure or weigh what I eat and don't want to have to.
I tend to eat fruit during the day, mainly in smoothies with some commercial almond milk. Bananas, pineapple, orange, strawberries, kiwiws, pears, blueberries make up the majority of these smoothies. I tend to snack on almonds in the evening.
I eat an occasional salad with romaine and spinach, tomatoes, cucs, carrot, etc. but intend to eat more. I drink a green smoothie...usually banana, pear spinach/kale/romaine.about once or twice a week...want to increase that also.
My question: I am getting increasingly dry skin. The backs of my hands have became very dry in the last two days, shaving rash on my chin, etc. conditions I have never experienced before.
Adam im sorry i just read you post and thank you for all the information! i really needed to know exactly what happens because im concious that i can harm myself. Ill love to do a water only fast but i dont have any support from my family and that makes me insecure of what im doing. Right now im under much stress and ive been not training and eating too much gourmet raw food.. ill read carefully again your post and decide if ill just do a juice fast and rest. Thanks for your help.

Your suggestions?
I read your response about candida.
I was wondering what is the source for that info?
Thank you in advance, I really appreciate how helpful you are on the forum.
