I regret even clicking on that blasted thread, even though I stand by every syllable I posted. But one good thing came out of it......at least we got to meet!

Hi there. Thanks for the yoga advice, I'll use it. I saw you are suffering with adrenal and thyroid issues. I read a few great books on this topic and wanted to let you know about them. They are "Iodine- why you need it why you can't live without it" and "Overcoming thyroid disorders" by David Brownstein. They discuss Iodine deficiency and halide poisoning and it is quite interesting. I recommend them - I'm actually going to do the Iodine testing myself as this deficiency is quite common.
