Why thanks Nohea, she is the light of my life. I absolutely love Yoga, it's been almost two years now since my first class, and will be a part of my life forever.
Wow you are a stunningly attractive woman.
Thank you! I have never done one before... this will be my first!
So I have heard the mentioning of zucchini pasta a few times, but have never tried it or taken the time to read/attempt a recipe for it. I would love to try one though! What do you recommend?
Good to meet you as well...You are very inspiring! I would love to begin doing yoga-I have done it a few times and always feels so peaceful afterwards. I love your idea of combining some sort of practice with healing modalities. There are counseling programs out there that offer concentrations in holistic health and healing.....Also, the holistic life coaching program that I am looking into is offered through the University of Sedona online. They offer several different programs, and right now, because of alumni donations, tuition is over 80% off. I need to call to see if it is legitimate, but may be something you would be interested in looking into....Some of the programs looked like they would be great learning experiences. I have so many things that I want to do! I would also love to go to Integrative Nutrition in NYC and study with David Wolfe, somehow eventually incorporating raw coaching into my practice....Anyway, good luck to you. Please keep me updated.

My body took some time to adjust as I think everyone's does when changing their diet. All of the so called negetive symptoms were only temporary. Some lasting for a few days. Some a few weeks. I think of it as an adjustment period where the body can get rid of the old (hair, skin, tissues etc...) and make new healthier ones.
Teomporary negetive effects for me were:
1) Dry skin (went away after about 2 weeks)
2) Trouble getting to sleep (fixed by eating enough calories)
3) A little hair fell out (but grew back)
4) Low energy (not enough calories, lack of exercise, fresh air)
I disagree with your definition of spirituality. I personally define spirituality as simple awareness, both of yourself in your actions and to your surroundings, as well the connection you may feel to all living things. No belief in something happ...
YES YES YES! Thank you so much for this. I have been procrastinating BIG TIME. You have served as the motivation I needed to clear this crazy clutter I live in once and for all! You're wonderful =]
