yes, i believe so... I have been taking it ever since I wrote the post.. now my hair just sheds a little bit (normal I think) and I have noticed regrowth.... just little hairs growing!! So it's pretty exciting, I have also added more fats and proteins into my diet too... and I am still eating a lot of greens.
Hi Chris. I haven't taught over the internet before. But if I ever decide to, I will certainly post and advertise it. I am creating food demos to publish on youtube. If you are interested, I'll let you know when they become available.
Thank you for the interest and have a great day. :)

Ya, I think Canadians love NZ as much as NZers love Canada :) I havn't met too many raw foodies here in Auckland but the number is slowly growing. I am attending a Naturopathic college here and there are a few who have caught onto it. How is it in Wellington? p.s. I LOVE it there! My boyfriend grew up there too. Is there are growing raw community yet?
Thanks so much, Chris, for stopping by our website:) We hope your enjoying your report and we can't wait to share our next ezine with you. As our ezine just went out this last Friday our next one will be coming to you not this Friday, but next!!
Chris, we are glad to meet you and hope you have a really great day.

Hey Chris! :)
Great to hear from you and thanks heaps for the heads up on that book! I will definitely check it out and I will definitely keep up the blogging on my garden adventures!
By the way, I love your taste in books! I own Ask and it is given, + the power of now by Eckhart Tolle (which I will be reading very soon, when I feel magnetized to it :)
So are you living in WGTN at the moment? If so, I'm thinking a raw potluck should be on the menu very soon! :) Hope you are fantastically amazingly wonderful!
Hi Chris
Good to meet you :0)
Have a great time in australia. I was in sydney recently with my daughter and there are a number of juice bars - a big chain is Boost Juice. Sorry, I don't have any experience of the sunshine coast but have a great time. I visited NZ also a few years ago and loved it. amazingly diverse habitats and so much space:)
Here in the UK the last 2 days have been v sunny and beautiful. had a b'day party for Jana (my daughter) yesterday with raw chocolate cake and ice cream and raw jelly - great fun.
be well

In Sydney, it's very easy to find raw juices. Just check that they don't include pasteurised juice e.g. apple juice from the bottle. Bondi Beach has a good juice bar, not sure of the address - near the big white hotel - sorry for the lack of specifics!
Macro Wholefoods Market, is like Wholefoods in the US - there's one on Bondi Road, Bondi Junction (east Sydney). another in Willoughby Road, Crows Nest (north Sydney) and another in Mona Vale (very north Sydney). But generally, you shouldn't have problem finding raw juices. And it specializes in organic food including juices, meals and organic supermarket. Do ask if your specific drink or meal is organic, as they also have non-organic.
Unfortunately, Sydney doesn't have any strictly raw food eateries. I think you'll need to ask for a salad and specify what you want on it. Manly (northern beaches, Sydney) has Pure Food ( www.purefood.com.au) which is supposedly organic, but I'd question the food you've chosen because it might or might not be organic:)
Hello there... Would like to know about living in New Zealand and being a rawfoodist / superfoodist. I am deciding to wheather go to study in AU/NZ or the US/CA part of the world!....
http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominionpost/4447744a19753.html is the link. Getting publicity for clients is what i do for my day job, so cit was cool to use my powers for the Raw movement for a change!! lol Of course i was not trying to get a story about me - just to publicise the event and get Kamala to interview Matt, which she did do. Note the little comment from the public health nutritionist on the end :)
Hi Chris - it went really well :) we had about 25 people there, which was pretty cool as a starting point, and given we don't have an established raw network as yet. I collected names and email addresses, so we will be able to start running some more events, potlucks etc. The article is online on Stuff ...but i can't find it right now. I have the link on my work computer, so will try and remember to put it up here for you :)
Hey girl, I'll be your raw food buddy!!
Are you all raw or partially?
+what kind of adventure are you looking for? Personally I am LOVING this Raw Life Adventure!!! YAY=)
Hi Chris!
Sorry I only saw your message late at night and didn't say hello to Karen and the gang for you! The seminar was terrific, great crowd, fantastic presenters, it was great seeing Karen again shortly after the training. Martha, Lisa, Lisa's friend Hillary and myself went to Pure Wine and Food - the food was amazing but very expensive :) The training was lot of fun, the wedding was wonderful, the honeymoon in Mexico was full of great memories - my life is very busy but exciting right now. How are things with you?
