Hi Kristen! I just read your fertility blog. Thank you so much for sharing your story. My husband and I starting trying to conceive when I was 30. We finally had our beautiful baby boy at age 35! I had 2 miscarriages prior to him which were very difficult, but at least a sign that I could get pregnant. We ended up going to IVF and doing IUI (no drugs) and it worked successfully twice; the first time ending in a miscarriage (then I got pregnant on my own about a year later ending in a miscarriage) and then about 4 months later IUI was successful! I will keep you in my prayers!! : )
hey kristen! do you have any recipe suggestions for a beginner? i am nursing my twins and want to make sure i get enough calories in that are super healthy with protein!
Thank you Kristen! I used to live in Scottsdale and visit my parents a couple of times a year out there. Do you teach classes or do cooking demos? I checked out your website about a year ago and think you were having something at Whole Foods. Just let me know...I would love to visit! -Kelly
Hi Kristen! Yes, I am brand new to this site. I live in Tucson, but will be moving to Phoenix at the end of the summer (for med school). I just recently heard about you and got some of your recipe books, so I am having fun trying new raw creations. It's great to find other raw foodists, especially in my area, as the support is so helpful. :-)
The juicing is great!!! I love it so much. There was one day so far that I didn't have time to make juice in the morning and it threw me off all day. I absolutely love the different kinds to make and love feeling how it infuses me with life. :)
Hello, I'm new here and came across your profile in Google. I'm looking for advice on Juice Fasting and eating Raw/Living foods while weight training (body building). Most of the trainers that I meet, tell me that I need to eat meat in order to keep my muscles healthy while working out. Is this true?
Doing ok thanks! Just getting over a cold and looking forward to the arrival of my juicer this week. I'm gonna go juicing crazy!!! Plus I will be more inclined to eat raw rather than soups. : )
Thank you for adding me as a friend! Everyone has just been soo welcoming in this community-I love it! And yes, living in Buffalo I am SO excited for the spring (even if it means having to soak up in the sun in 40 degree weather...hah!)
Your recipes look delicious. I am excited to venture out and try new things as far as recipes go. I'm sure I will be back here and visiting your sites in the future!!

im confused. matt monarch swears by regular colonic hydrotherapy. its his no.1 raw tip, didn't think it could be dangerous but now it kind of makes sense. enemas seem much more natural in comparison.
I've heard great, great things about Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. I know that isn't really in the Los Angeles area, but it's still in CA and I believe they provide students the option to stay in their 'Living Light Inn'....
The way I see it is that generally people who label themselves are confident of the path they have chosen while, also generally, people don't don't label aren't quite as sure if what they're following is the right way to go.
