How you getting on in Dundee then - any other enzymatically aware people up there? (ha ha) I struggle to find people into raw food and I'm now in London...but actually I think it's growing!

Ha ha brilliant - I'm not the only one that gorges on the cakes then? Seems the only obvious thing to do having made the jaunt all the way there. Was saying to my friend it's a good thing the hill on the way back to the train station is up the way - helps you burn off all the scrummy food. I'm going on Sunday again with two non raw friends, hopefully they've been making cakes all Saturday night :)

ive been making smoothies every morning for must be two years now apart from a few days. the other day i made a cacao and maca based smoothie that was so bliss there was drops of water joy in my eyes all day, i sat under my trees in over welment.have you ever had agenteen mequite meal with nibs, and red maca?

ive just been on the isleof wight, with afrend ofmine that makes tree essances, we were working out how i am going to market them for her. shes a very beautiful woman, she sings with the trees, she told me that thew man that tought her to make tree essances has managed to record the trees singing, he has translate the freequences into our rang of sound so it goes quite alot lower, but the notation and ritham is the same. hug a tree they love you. lovejules

It is so unraw here, I can couldn't hardly get fresh fruit or veg! Until very recently a very tiny green grocer's opened. I am in Uxbridge, England. All people eat here are potatoes and things to boil the crap out of....I miss toronto.. eventhough I know I am not ready to go back..
oh yes iron and wine loive was pretty amazing indeed. I am a bit of a musician and Sam Beam is certainly a big influence on my music.
Im not totally sure where I will go yet. Im thinking I might go to California, myabe do the living light chef course, Canada, some of the UK and a bit of Europe perhaps. So many places. When you live this far away you just want to go everywhere!

I dont smell like fruit, but since getting all the processed foods out of my diet I find I hardly need deoderant. Theres definitely a noticeable improvement.

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
