Yeah I've been living in Boulder about 18 months now. This is exciting! I've definitely been wanting some allies interested in raw foods, it can be lonely! Damn, I need to update my profile. I haven't been around here much either :)

Thanks for the scoop! Good for you- being healthy and looking great in a completely reasonable way. You may have inspired me to take up belly dancing!

Great photos! And I have to say, you have the most perfect stomach! How long have you been raw? And what sort of workout do you do?

Thanks so much! I love coconuts! Yay. Wild coconut chips are amazing, fresh coconut that has been sliced thin and dehydrated to make a crunchy spicy flavored snack. Your photos look so beautiful, thank you for sharing. Aloha! Much Love.

Thanks for the kind words, Sylvia. I'd love to connect while in Sedona if it's not too far of a drive for you. I am not sure yet if we will go south to Phoenix and Patagonia or just proceed east to Santa Fe.

Hello,
Thanks for the compliments on my info posts.
That "Ocean" song sure is peaceful. Good for the relaxation stage of yoga.
Blessings.

I have to come by your page daily. :) Coco's are everywhere here in FL, they are becoming my new favorite food/drink. I could eat them all day really. I just need to tone my skills on opening them. Have you ever blended just the meat and water?? Soo good!! :P

Ciao Sylvia!
Unfortunately I am the only one of my family on a righteous path of holistic health. My two brothers are very involved with the Boulder creative community though, especially around electronic music. Ones website, www.madkingproductions.com has some of his art. Boulder has one of the best progressive electronic music scenes in the country and so it is those tribes that are my extended family. There are so many kind alternative people in Boulder though and a plentitude of organic produce and a budding co-op. I believe the farmers market only is weekly in the summer but it's easy to befriend local farmers for year round goodness. You'll find crunchy family with ease. Blissings and Blessings xx

I'm a born and raised Colorado native; my roots are in the North Fork Valley and the San Juan Mountains. I last lived in Telluride and have called it my home but currently I live in China and foresee myself remaining in Asia for the future present. My brothers live in Boulder. My honest advice to you would be to move somewhere lush with local agriculture, you'll be glad to have fresh food in the coming year. Well wishes on your move, let me know if I can help with any insider, heavily biased information.
You have beautiful photographs. I went to school in Prescott and love climbing in Arizona, was a guide in the Grand Canyon too.

Ani Phyo would be good, given your ingredients. I like Ani Phyo's Raw Kitchen. Her stuff is very sweet and heavy, though, IMHO.
