Aloha from Hawaii and Pangaia community. That looks like a lemmony variety of Annona Mucosa on your picture. We are growing it like crazy on the land here and looking for more varieties to sustain our passion. See about us at www. pangaia. cc

Hey Olive,
Thanks for the link - I haven't seen any as yet...
Yes, have also started growing my own greens so am well on my way. Seem to be quite reliant on avocadoes and bananas - do you find that?
I just bought a fruit like the one pictured in your photo - haven't had one before, though I take it you just cut it open and eat it? it looks and feels quite lethal .... from the outside :)
Have a good week!

hey olive, the best way to learn about laughter yoga is to go to http://laughteryoga.org/ it's the international website. There are laughter clubs all over the world - it's a lot of fun.

thanks for the friend invite :)

Olive,

About the wisdom teeth..I didn't end up having it done. I opted against getting 'put under' and am now on the search for a holistic dentist to find some other options. I believe some surgeons practise hynotherapy, so I may look into that.

As for your second post, you've left this behind.. I don't quite understand what you meant by that..

Love and Light..
Marianna xx

Hi Olive ~ The swimming with dolphins was around Bimini in the Bahamas. It was awesome...a week on a dive boat having these encounters with dolphins, diving down & playing with them!
What do you think about 80/10/10? I am eating more fruit, but love my avacados, walnuts, hempseeds, etc. Could be a gradual thing...

Hey Olive,
That's cool you got to go to one of his presentations - I'd have liked that! I"m eating more raw foods than I was a month ago - I went through the kitchen and threw away almost everything that wasn't fresh and raw on the weekend - was good. Now my fridge is full of juice, young drinking coconuts, greens, superfood stuff, plain yoghurt - and my benches have bowls of fruit, nuts and seeds, sprouts I"m growing and fresh greens in water....
re: surfing - I tend to notice people who are good at ball sports (coordinated) pick it up reasonably fast. Trick is to start with a reaaally big board - 8 or 9 ft (and preferably a foam board) and just get used to riding a wave lying down. Then practice getting onto your knees progressing to standing up...on land and once you get the idea, do it when you catch a little wave, then progress up. If you try to learn on a short board (6-7ft) it's a lot harder and I don't think you develop the right technique etc... I'd suggest taking a lesson to start with and they will explain all this etc.
