um it's sort of without measurements. . . usually in the bottom of the wooden salad bowl, i mix a spoonful of miso, a handful of (fresh if possible, dried if not) dill- which the smell of makes me SO happy- and either a splash of carrot juice or some shredded carrots. . . often a dash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, and some water. . . mixed together until creamy dressing consistency, then I massage salad greens, seaweeds, raisins, etc. into the mix. . . .
now my mouth is watering!

I love apples too! I made a "killer-Raw-Apple-Pie" last week, with different kind of apples in it. It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. The panda-bear in the pic is soooo cute! Did you take the picture yourself?
