but i have manages 2 litres today , i mixed my greens with tomatoes today, and it is still looking at me i hate tomato liquid anything.so i am drinking apple cider alone. and will do the tea thing after and the clear broth. i think i am going to buy the greens powder thing and see if i can down that, the spinach is getting rather gagging worthy lol
