I played volleyball in college...very competitive :) Grew up playing on the beach in So Cal and since having the kids have coached high school girls. Lived in Maui for a while and raced outrigger canoes. I love sports and really want to get back my once lean and toned body...lol. I dont like the skinny emaciated look and when i saw your profile, i thought WOW...this sounds just like what I need. You are so right about sprinters bodies...they are strong and lean and look amazing! So, what does your week look like as far as exercise? I am sorry to ask you so many questions, but I am so curious...thank you again!!!!

Thank you very much for responding and giving me all of the info. I am an ex-athlete and i really have a hard time of thinking of being completely raw vegan because I value my muscle and dont care to be skinny...just lean and toned...and healthy and young(lol). I will check out that book. So, have you noticed that your energy is high in addition to being lean?

My grandmother loaned me a book called Mockingbird by Charles J. Shields and it's all about Harper Lee's life and the process of her writing To Kill a Mockingbird. I'm about half way through it - very interesting.
Have a good day!
Thanks for all the info, that sounds great! I agree that what you put in your body has everything to do with how you perform physically....Will definitely check out that website : )
I don't have much work in the office these days, this is how it goes in the month of November and December. It's so boring sitting in fount of computer all day doing nothing, I read some books but there is still a lot of idle time.

Hi Lizz,
I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
