Thanks for the comment! I did end up finding a few places to eat, I ended up spending most of my holiday money on that :P Bondi Junction was probably the best place for the organic cafes and I did stumble across a tiny raw food store on my my to the Macro wholefood store (never ended up making it there hehe).

I am private raw food chefing and also giving Ayurvedic yoga Massages. For the moment I am just freelance self employed, running my private dinner club in my appartment in Berlin and throwing events in Rome, Geneva and Berlin as well and if possible in other cities soon. Still developing. Maybe a Raw Food Café next year in Berlin... I'll see what comes up :-)

All those photos of food are absolutely mouth watering and amazing...and the smoothies too. I would love to eat every one of those dishes...did you make all of them? They are all raw? Are you going to be selling those foods as well as smoothies? :)
Ha thanks, me and a friend thought it'd be fun to pick up a friend visiting here from Perth, at the airport dressed like this - he was sooooo embarrased, but we had fun doing it :) That picture is taken in Burger Fuel - so obviously not raw at that stage..........although Burger fuel WOULD be hard to give up altogether...but ill do it, eventually. :) One thing at a time. :)

Funny, I lived in Melbourne right through 2006-07. Eventually the weather drove me out!!! Your photos are fabulous! You ought to come and be my chef for a week! I irrigate my nose with salt water after almost every shift. I use a little bit of salt with my toothpaste every now and again. My silver fillings are pretty stable and I've noticed a metallic taste in my mouth whenever I use salt so I don't. Clov...
I believe that the body can heal itself if given the support. I'm a nurse in a nursing home and I've seen the body cling to life no matter how much poison is thrown at it.
Sounds ridiculous to me. Anyone actually older and experiencing longevity there? I doubt it. I live out in the country in the general direction of God's fart zone and perhaps that's better than getting caught up in this sort of materialistic stuff...

we did an experiment in school with ear candles. we set up one with a real person, followed directions perfectly...set up another the same way but instead of putting it in someones ear we just held it against a pillow...both candles had...
they gossip about which teams are going to trade or sign star players. Most of it is bullshit. They just create rumors to sell papers / get hits. Still I eat it up.
