I don't offer pressed minerals because I don't like the use of chemicals and they usually use chemical to 'press/compact' the loose minerals into the palettes, thus I only offer the loose minerals in sifter jars...
Not sure who has pressed minerals..sorry.

I feel really fortunate to be able to take a course through Jerry's school, The International Institute of Medical Qigong. It's the sister school of He Nan University of TCM in China, so it has real credibility and very high standards. People who graduate through it are fully qualified to practice in China and I can't say that about any other medical qigong courses, so you'll definitely be learning from one of the very best:)
Here is a dvd of the same routine I'm learning in my medical qigong class, in case you're interested. Jerry Alan Johnson is one of the few Grandmasters in the west and he has such a neat scope of knowledge (he wrote my textbooks).

probably detox...detox is interesting and creative. thanks for the strength of putting it all out there! it takes a lot to stick with it when the body cleanses. you can do it though i can tell you know it....8^))
you need to whack it right around the top of the coconut with either a heavy handled knife or a machete..im an expert now and crack open those babies in no time....
are you having to take off the outer green shell,or just crack open the white coc...

ahh complete rest with eyes closed....sounds wonderful...just the not eating part for that long,i guess after a while you would lose your 'hunger' anyway ??
i would say give it time...if you are feeling flu like symptoms i would say you are detoxing...40 days isnt a long time,when you consider how long you havent been 100% well..your body will heal and clean house in its own time....

i got rid of my candida in 8 weeks...with lower fruit intake(around 6-8 pieces a day)yup thats lower for me(the first 4 weeks i did 4 pieces of fruit a day only)...heaps of greens and green smoothies,greens juice with wheatgrass...loads of unsweet...
i like my own smell,i get told i smell nice even if i dont wear any essential oils etc...i have been told that my saliva tastes sweet ,i dunno...
