I didn't take any of the photos, for a while I have been collecting photography and I decided to share some of my favorite artists work with the community

That is the direct link to pumpkin seeds. I never buy them online since being here in Austria, I get the best and freshest right in the stores! The website does say these come from Steiermark, the part in Austria known for producing pumpkin seeds and oil.

I don't spend much time on sunfood. Its much more vibrant and thriving here. I like seeing who I'm talking too as well! Good to see you here. :)
Problem is: Sicily is more beautiful than Puglia. But Puglia has nicer folks ;)
I'm thinking about doing a loooong WWOOFing travel through all parts of Italy next year so that I know where to settle down best :)
Right now I'm working in Germany but I want to move to the South and more into nature. (Don't we all want that?)

That would be great Paddy. I'd appreciate it. What I'm really looking into these days is....what helps cartilage to regrow. Most of what is said on this site says....MSM. Any thoughts?
Hi Paddy. Yea, I make a tea concoction with about 8 different herbs. I am working on some arthritis and inflammation issues with some comfrey and other herbs. I like the four that I get from Sunfood but it looks like they are out of the Chanca Piedra....will just have to wait til they come in. I make a big pot once a week then mix a bit with some warm water and lemon for my tea each day. I love it.
I think I found that site I was looking for....it was called Exotic Botanicals. I think it is one that BuddhaBaby referred me to.

Hey, Paddy, thanks for your note :-) How did you know my father was an inspiration for me? I am inspired by so many painters. But for starters, Gerhard Richter, Whistler's nocturns, and Rembrandt. Many, many contemporary painters, particularly landscape artists. I don't have a website...yet! I show at exhibits and sell sometimes. It's not a career, but it's more than a hobby, if that makes sense.

This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded".

have you been WWOFing in Italy? I feel so ... "hunted" these days. I want to leave Germany but don't know where to go. Or what to do. HUm.
No I haven't read that book. Have you ever read or listened to Nassim Haramein? You might like his work.
My favourite colour would have to be teal and purple. I tend to wear alot of black tho...not for any 'goth' reasons tho, ha ha.
