I'm going a 8 day Green Juice fast/cleanse right now, ( I'm on day 3.....thats why I'm wide awake at 5 am, Cali time...)
The fast I'm doing is hosted by Michael Beckwith & Gabriel Cousens, and
its so cool to be guided by two RAWSOME SOULS as them, and doing this for my body temple, mind, spirit......I'm really grateful : )

No, I haven't started a detox yet. I plan on doing it for the month of March. I always detox quarterly according to the season changing and I do it for the entire month.
