Hey Justin! Things are goin' awesome man! This past week I did a lil' "catering" for a friends Birthday Party and it was a blast. Made Carrot Cake, Strawberry Pie and a Chocolate "Peanut Butter" (tahini) cake for the b-day cake. Lotta fun! You're welcome for the shout out, glad to promote your work man! I am well, thanks for asking! And yourself? Although I am just getting acquainted with this network, I am really stoked to fell right at home! Thanks! So let me ask you some advice.... I am training for a triathalon right now, and am concerned that I am building muscle too fast! I have gotten ripped, and can't help but feel like my 100% raw diet has something to do with it. I mean, don't get me wrong, I am pleased that I am where I am at, but am wondering if you have any general advice? I do mostly olympic lifts at the gym, run, yoga, ultimate frisbee, and whatever else there is to do. Anything that I should or shouldn't do?

I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
