yes i definitely know what a bullet is.....it used to be the dream machine for a lot of indian men :) 8000 kms !! whew !! how many states did u cover? were u in a group? were u just here for a visit or for some course or something? my fave indian dish is....mmmm...paneer and rajma beans and even potatoes and okra..lol...and i like the south indian dosa as well....indian is like comfort food but otherwise my fave cuisine is like italian....pizzas and pastas....i love lebanese too :) i m a big foodie....tats why being a significant raw is so difficult for me ...lol.....but as of now i m not sweating over it....m enjoying the process....thankfully i have never liked unhealthy fried stuff too much so m on a lighter boat ;) i can imagine as long as u can make some paneer once in a while it shd be good enough, but for us its important to think of different recipes otherwise we would get bored eating the same stuff regularly :P

haha ! thats realllllly nice to hear !! that bridge is called Howrah Bridge....m so glad u liked kolkata ;) the food here is one of the best in the whole of India....funny u like it despite several infrastructural problems.....i sooo wish kolkata was not as laidback as it currently is ....:) these small streetfood shops have some of the tastiest curries ....they r called "dhaba".....yes i have a few recipes....the curry for paneer is not that difficult ...whats more difficult is preparing paneer the right way....my mom makes regular paneer in different ways, sometimes adding cashew nut paste, sometimes only tomato n herbs n spices and sometimes she likes to omit onions if she so feels like....but i like it with onions....i love gobhi :) though these days i dont eat as much potato as i used to eat earlier...so we have gobhi with tomatoes and peas....tats yum...:) havent been to andamans...wanted ot go recently but apparently its not in very gr8 shape after the tsunami.....have u been thr?

P.s: come to kolkata and we ll lodge a complaint for ur mp3 player ;) lol

Hi Hans, I know how you feel. I used to be very, very sick and underweight. My digestion was extremely sensitive and I had a hard time eating, nevermind keeping food down. Brown rice protein powder didn't make me feel ill, it's hypoallergenic and the amino acids in the protein will help you. My favourite brand is Nutribotic, here: http://www.amazon.com/Nutribiotic-Protein-Vegan-Vanilla-powder/dp/B00014DLC4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1253289720&sr=1-2

I'm not sure if Amazon ships to Germany or if there is a store in Germany that sells it. If Amazon doesn't ship, do a google search and I'm sure there are other stores that do.

Hej Hans, that's fantastic to hear! I'm glad you're healing. I'm doing amazing, just finished my 100 day challenge and started a new project - an indoor garden. My spinach is starting to sprout! Keep in touch!

Hello

I waterfast for only one day a week, that is such a short fast no doctor is needed. A lot of people on this planet don't get to eat for longer periods, so I see no problems in taking one day of to let my digestive system rest.

I'm 177 cm tall and weighed 66.5 kg before I went on this 100 day challenge 10 days ago. This morning I weighed 64.5 kg. I am rather skinny yet I don't worry much. Man is not meant to carry around on extra weight in fat. I'm sure my body will normalise in time, yet if my weight goes below 55 kg I will be worried and deal with it. But I'm not worried about it.

I suggest you take a deep look into the teachings of dr. Robert Young @ www.pHmiracleliving.com and learn how to alkalise the body. I can support you if you feel you need help. Contact me on pontusdna@gmail.com.

In divine love
:P

Ani Phyo would be good, given your ingredients. I like Ani Phyo's Raw Kitchen. Her stuff is very sweet and heavy, though, IMHO.
