Hi Freelea! Thank you for the comment! I know the agony I went through while trying to give up fruit when I had the candida overgrowth and I don't want anyone else to have to go through that! It's a shame fruit always gets a bad rep :(

hey baby,i took my mono bananas comment off the blog,cos i dont want it to appear inflammatory..plus i had a parasite in my gut then,not realising this was why my uc was bad...so its not relevent..love to you xx and candida i think came after the parasite...argh who bloddy knows does my head in
