The cookies were sooooo good, well, from what I can remember. They were gone pretty fast! I told my sister and her friends they could help themselves and they were gone within 20 minutes! So I must have done something right!

Hey Jen, Gian just added me, and noticed you asked him if he's been to Planet Raw. That was actually the first restaurant I went to when I flew into LA for the Raw Spirit Fest. The food is AMAZING! Wow! It's a small place but probably one of the best raw restos/cafes I've been to! The chocolate smoothie was ridiculously good, as well as the raw soups! It all looked super good though!

I'll have to look up Planet Raw. Is that in L.A.? "Caravan of Dreams" is a cool raw food restaurant in the east village. Big selection and very good size portions at reasonable prices. Great juices too! Also, a place called the V-Spot opened recenty in park slope brooklyn; vegan menu with a latin twist.

Hi Jennifer! I live just outside of Manhattan, 30 minutes to midtown. That's great that you're coming here around November. I look forward to seeing you; Perhaps we can go to some raw food restaurants around the east village. There are many in that area.

I did read it! Sounds really great.. something I'm definitely interested in! I don't know what's going to happen either. I feel that things are speeding up, and I can feel it. Personally, I've shifted so much within the last 8 months and I'm amazed myself at the amount of young people who are totally tapped in as well. I don't know what to believe, but I sure hope that some of the predictions are correct. How awesome would it be to be able to fly and teleport yourself?

Ciao, LL

Wow, Jen, thanks for writing all of that! You remind me so much of myself! I believe in spreading the truth, and talk about "conspiracy theories" from time to time, which are NOT theories in any way if you simply open your eyes, which I know is hard for a lot of people who are dumbed down by poison in our food, water (don't even get me started on fluoride!), brainwashed by the media, etc, etc! It's true! I watched Food Inc and recommend it to everyone I talk to! I feel as a citizen on this planet, I have the duty to inform people. I know not everyone wants to hear it, but I can't worry about those people when we have a crisis at hand!

I'm very interested in the "forced vaccination" topic... I'm not into fear mongering either, but I'm the kind of person who wants to know the truth about what's going on, even if it's ugly. It's the only way you can make informed decisions and educate others. I'll look into it for sure! Thanks! :)

I'm absolutely interested... actually, I'm debating right now whether or not to move to Cali. I was offered a job at a health center in Santa Monica this fall. Regardless of whether or not I take it, I'm definitely interested in your documentary!

LOL! The idea of sinking my teeth in the rotting animal carcass seemed bizzare to me even as a kid.... like I should be! It's obviously not natural! It was funny because growing up, probabaly up until age 13, I was the only vegetarian at my school, other my younger sisters. I was constantly made fun of because of this. Seriously! I'd have kids come up to me and say things like, "What, you don't eat meat? You're so weird! You're missing out." Even as a young child, I'd look at them sideways and say, "What, you mean you actually eat animals? You're so weird. You're missing out on living a healthy, moral and environmentally friendly life!" I do have very cool parents! I feel very blessed! My mom's been vegetarian since she was 13 and my dad, age 20... when he met my mom and tried her cooking! LOL!

Thanks beautiful. I worked as a minister for over 30 yrs. Mostly ministering references, briefings and counseling for spiritual awareness but found it necessary to research diet and health as so I could address the bodies needs as well. Just doin' what I can to contribute to improved quality of thought and free beings. Lovely children you have -beauty and love-makin' it go right-very good work love. Rev. Nik

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
