Believe it or not, yes, there are Yoga championships. One would think that it´s a western perversion of Yoga, but in reality Yoga championships have been held in India for a long time. This one is a Bikram Yoga championship happening in the UK: http://www.bikramrichmond.co.uk/community.html
I´ve been to one before (although I didn´t participate that time) and they are very inspiring. Have to practice diligently, but ultimately I am gonna do it for fun. Ooops, Yoga class time... gotta go.

And I really, really wish I'd thought to take my Rocky action figure with me when I saw Rocky Balboa. I did wear my Rocky shirt. My Ex would have died if I'd taken the action figure, he thought the shirt was pushing it. Must be why we broke up.
Will you call me and let me know when you find out the date for when the world will really end, or if the US will collapse? My internet is being turned off tomorrow... and I'm getting worried that I won't have enough advance notice if I can't be on GI2MR every day..

OK, Thanks! Pretty good! I don't really have any major cravings too much which is good, but I feel a bit horrible physically, I guess that's just de-toxing, but my kids have coughs and colds so I may be fighting that off too. I'm also a bit surprised by how emotional I feel - quite elated in the morning and then quite tearful later on. Is that a normal part of de-tox? Overall though, I am still totally loving it, and I can't wait to try out new stuff! :D

The smoke points are important for those people who are cooking with oils, but not those that are 100% raw foodists. Because I get many questions from those that are transtioning, I feel that it's important to answer some ot those questions also. ...
