^ no mag stearate in that homey. Be careful tho - if you've never taken arginine before it's gonna make you wanna ravage every woman you see. I'm on the subway looking @ like 60 year olds thinking dirty thoughts and then I'm like, wtf is wrong with me? then i realize I took arginine that morning after working out. Normally I cut them off @ like 50-55 or so.
I imagine he's only taking in the best. And re: any sludge or stuff he'd want to get rid off they don't stay in his body long because he's literally cleansing his blood (via IV) once a week - DMPS is related to DMSO and MSM.
http://www.rayandterry.com/our_philosophy.asp - that's his supplement side hustle. He's a computer scientist and the best ones are so detail oriented it's maddening. i imagine he's micromanaging almost everything he takes in. Read about his alkaline water ionizing and some other stuff. he's a maniac.
You buyin' my plane ticket? I'm leaving to drive up to N. Michigan in about an hour for a long weekend of fall color viewing. I might even go to a corn maze!
yah he's way out there - so way out there that i'm curious to see how his regimen works out. he's taking so much shit i guess it pays to be rich cuz how else can you afford that?
anyway, you're only a crackpot so long as it' isn't proven that your crazy shit works. so i'm paying a bit of attention.
"I take about 250 pills of nutritionals a day".
"For boosting antioxidant levels and for general health, I take a comprehensive vitamin-and-mineral combination, alpha lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, grapeseed extract, resveratrol, bilberry extract, lycopene, silymarine (milk thistle), conjugated linoleic acid, lecithin, evening primerose oil (omega-6 essential fatty acids), n-acetyl-cystein, ginger, garlic, l-carnitine, pyrodoxal-5-phosphate, and echinacea. I also take Chinese herbs prescribed by Dr. Glenn Rothfeld. For reducing insulin resistance and overcoming my type 2 diabetes, I take chromium, metformine (a powerful anti-aging medication that decreases insulin resistence and which we recommend everyone over 50 consider taking) and gymnema sylvestra. To improve LDL and HDL cholesterol levels, I take policosanol, gugulipid, plant sterols, niacin, oat bran, grapefruit powder, psyllium, lecithine and lipitor. To improve blood vessel health I take arginine, TMG and choline. To decrease blood viscosity I take daily baby aspirin and lumbrokinase. I reduce inflammination by taking EPA/DHA and curcumin. I have dramatically reduced my homocystein level by taking folic acid, B6 and TMG. I have a B12 shot once a week and take a daily B12 sublingual. Several of my intravenous therapies improve my body's detoxification: weekly EDTA and monthly DMPS. I also take n-acetyl-carnitine orally. I take weekly intravenous vitamins and alpha lipoic acid to boost antioxidants. I do a weekly glutathione IV to boost liver health. Perhaps the most important intravenous therapy I do is a weekly phosphatidylcholine IV, wich rejuvenates all of the body's tissues by restoring youthful cell membranes. I also take PtC orally each day and supplement my hormone levels with DHEA and testosterone. I take I-3-C, chrysin, nettle, ginger and herbs to reduce the conversation of testosterone into estrogen. I take a saw palmetto complex for prostate health. For stress management I take l-theonine, beta-sitosterol, phosphatidylserine and green tea in addition to drinking 8 to 10 cups of green tea itself. At bedtime I take GABA and sublingual melatonin. For brain health I take acetyl-l-carnitine, vinprocetine, phosphatidylserine, ginkgo biloba, glycerylphosphatidylcholine, nextrutine and quercertin. For eye health I take lutein and bilberry extract. For skin health I use an antioxidant skin cream on my face, neck and hands every day. For digestive health I take betaine HCl, pepsin, gentian root, peppermint, acidophilus bifodobacter, fructooligosaccharides, fish proteins, l-glutamine and n-acetyl-d-glucosamine. To inhibit the creation of advanced glycolysated end products I take n-acetyl-carnitine, carnosine, alpha lipoic acid and quercertin."
yup. if you think that's bad, do you know who ray kurzweil is? he's this genius computer scientist guy who invented natural language processing software - he was at MIT like @ 16 or something. anyway he's older now and is on a live forever kick. he takes 250 supps a day along with weekly cleansing IVs to keep his artieries free and clear and to infuse his body with extra nutrition. he writes about a singularity - a time when machine intelligence will surpass mankind's intelligence - at which point we'll be able to quickly solve a lot of mankinds problems (he asusmes the machines benevolent). One of those problems that will be solved - he believes, is death. He's 60 now - he's calculated the singularity to be around 2020-2025 - so he wants to make it that long and not die. really interesting stuff.
That looks like a great place. It's run by the Garripoli's- they are friends of my teacher and I have one of their dvd's. It's what got me so into qigong!
yeah he's a living testament to his lifestyle and also a living experiment - to a lot of things. the power of exercise, raw food (not exclusively - but for produce), judicious supplementation - including protein supplementation (he essentially consumes a high protein diet - with 50 grams of soy protein in the morning and protein @ each meal).
can't argue with his results either. I agree with you that organic produce is best tho. ... without a doubt.
Thaaaaaank you. March 9th! I've decided to have a home birth. I didn't think I could at first because of weight issues, but the pregnancy is super healthy and going well and, thanks to vegan (woop woop!) eating, my blood pressure is extremely good. I've started emailing midwives. I've been med-free for almost 2 years now, and really don't embrace the idea of pumping my body full of meds during labor, especially ones that are counter-intuitive to the process.
Um- it IS all in the head (mind) of the person performing (but not of the reciever.) That's the point of internal training. Like guided imagery, in a way.
But I'm sure it was all in my teacher's head when 90% of his lost vision (from a series of mini strokes) was restored by medical qigong within one hour. No amount of placebo effect can repair a whole system of occular blood vessels in that amount of time.
How about the pig experiments (scroll down on document to read) or infant cerebral palsy? Sorry, hon- not in the mind!

We found out the sex today. Apparently, he had his legs spread wide open so we could get a nice view of his 'member.' Our tech said, "Wow, he's got no shame!"
..this is setting a disturbing, yet amusing precedent.
I want to raise my vibration at every level, for many reasons. Earthly illusions such as poverty, jealousy, anger, hate, greed, abuse, weigh me down like heavy luggage. It is these very illusions that keep me separate from others and from God. Get...
Thank you guys! For the sauce, I used tomatoes, a spoon of olive oil and a pinch of any yellow spice I could find in my cupboard and some cilantro. I prepare almond milk so I used the leftovers nuts and mixed them with previous ingredients and the...

i had an assigment in a class called Science and the Imagination, (basically Writing meets Science, or sci fi) and we had to watch a sci fi show episode and give some kind of report. That began my addiction to Battlestar Galatica, LOL. It's so good!
Gia, I wish you well and certainly understand the power of this process. Please be careful though; this is a significant process. Nature has the keys, and the best we can ever do is to try to understand and apply her wisdom. Fasting is about givin...
Thank you! Yes, the little one is high raw. He's 90% most days on account of his father pushing some "normal" things like toasted granola and steamed peas on him. Nothing I'll complain about though! He's also still nursing, so he gets a raw transf...
