There is no rural area in Costa Mesa. It's all ultra-modern and sophisticated areas with latest specialty shops and theaters. Disneyland in Anaheim is not too far from there. If you get a chance and some time, you should go to Laguna Beach which is so fantastic. However, Newport Beach, the beach of the rich and the famous and Huntington Beach are nearby. Santa Ana is a nearby city which is full of Mexicans, if you are interested in Mexican culture. Irvine is also a nearby city, which is quite modern and has world headquarters of Taco Bell.
I was living in Costa Mesa. Newport Beach is the nearest beach, just 5-10 miles away from Costa Mesa. I have many fond memories of Costa Mesa. You would love it. There are many raw food restaurants in Costa Mesa. Please bring some pictures of the city to help me revive good old memories.

I used to live and work in Orange County before. I also used to live in Orange City and some other cities of Orange County before. I loved the places. You would love the cities. Are you going to visit Disneyland in Anaheim? Times Square and now Disneyland....vow! you are travelling this summer. I would love seeing some of the pics of your Orange oCounty visit. I can never forget how glittery and dazzling Tinmes Square looks like at night time. I would crave for night life at Times Square. I have seen Cnntral Park entrnace, but never had a chance to explore the way you all friends did. However, your fountain picture I stored as my favorite; so, whenever I want to visit that fountain, I can go and see your smiling face and visit fountain at the same time. What are your plans for California? Are you travelling north or south and are you accompanying your friends? If you love beaches, you would love Calif; and I know you love beaches. Yeah I'm going to that! I'm also bringing 2 non vegan non raw foodies, being my parents. They listen to me a little bit about good food but hopefully they'll listen to David more. That's how I got into raw food, I stumbled upon one of his videos on youtube by accident and I was hooked! I guess I'll see you there :)

Hey, I went to the Belfountain spring on friday so I thought I'd fill you in. The water is amazing! It's so cold and fresh. It doesn't seem too hard or too soft either. The total dissolved solids weren't listed on findaspring.com but the pH is 6.9 which is pretty sweet. I've never put anything cleaner and fresher in my mouth. Totally worth the 2hrs total travel time

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
