You are spreading the message of raw foodism and vibrant soul and body. I am positive Europe is far more advanced for raw foodism compared to USA. Here, except on the west coast, this message is spreading so slowly, I guess. The general awareness for nutrition is either lacking or the people are not motivated themselves to reduce obesity that is so prevalent in this country. Hi! It's good, and have just stopped off at Chinatown, London W1 to get a durian. Non-organic, probably heavy in chemicals but one per summer I'm hoping my body can cope with!

Red Sugar is at Stockbridge which is a ten minute walk from waverley. It would cost you a fiver in a taxi from haymarket but I'm not the best at giving directions! It's on Raeburn Place opposite woolworths beside the bus stop!
It really is magic food, I recommend the breads and dips and the cakes, and the chocolate shots. Ooh yum wish I was going! x

I'm so sorry for my crap delayed response. I know what it's like when you're busy it's hard to keep up with the site!
I haven't tried any of the vegan places really apart from mono and stereo in Glasgow and obv Red Sugar in Edinburgh.
Did you see there's a potluck organised for 7th February in Glasgow off the meetup website? I posted a thread on it under the Raw in Scotland group.
