Welcome to the group. Been listening to David Vitalis this week on a Teleconference. Great information on Air, Fire, Water, Earth and the Fifth Element - Life Force! I'll be meetng him later for the first time this weekend in Stafford's Springs, CT at ClearPoint Center. I'll be giving a walk and talk on wild edibles and medicinal plants as well. Should be an awesome weekend.
I don't like eggs anymore. But I cracked open the eggs and heated them just enough to be warm. Then put in bowl and slurped off a spoon. Sometimes, I'd add Hymalayan sea salt and cayenne pepper to that spoonful.
