Hi Anne

Hope thatyou are well and that organic stall is going strong. I thought you might like to know about the Fruktifest planned for 2010 in France, or maybe pass it on to other Fruitarians. www.fruitarisme.lautre.net/fruktifest.html

Thank You Anne,
You are a real Beauty. I'll get where I want to be soon, but getting there I'd have to start over and this is a daunting step. During the process of getting my b-u-t in gear, I'm dealing with imported fruit that is just sort of picked a little early at times. You have inspired me.

Hi Anne, Glad to be friends; I'm a little jealous as we have no chocolate sapotes here yet...maybe you can send me some seeds... Life is good in the tropics and I look forward to the day when we have so many varieties of fruit growing here that we have a hard time choosing what to eat. I really appreciate your comments and hope to meet you some day. Did you hear about the planned fruitarian event for next summer? I don't have many details yet, but can fill you in when I know more if you like. namaste, Loren

Hi Anne

Am envious of your mango tree, however, I did have 4 delicious ones over the weekend; but, it would be nice to have them growing on my doorstep like you!

Thank you Anne! Yes it was a HUGE TREAT for me and highlight to be able to meet people that I look up to and that inspire me I remember growing up watching Jack Lalanne do RAWmazing mind blowing fitness stunts and demonstrations like swimming tugging many people in boats, cruise ships, and just doing incredible feats of strength, and he also recommends raw organic juicing on top which is RAWesome!!! So we are in the same health and well being industry and I got invited to his 95th Birthday Party look at how AMAZING AND STRONG he is at 95!!! WOW truly inspiring, and thank you I really love this photo too it makes me happy! :o)

hi anne you have had healthy children whilst being fruitarian but if your periods stop or become rarer because of being raw would this mean you would be unable to get pregnant? i am a bit worried thanks

also something...

how much exercise do you do?

i am overall very active but i find that if i dont do some intense cardio i tend to gain on fruits. just mono fruits. i do no fruit combining as i just dont prefer it that way anymore. sometimes it is not possible for me to fit in cardio. but maybe i just have to make it imperative in some way. with my schedule now i cant seem to stick to it. i was doing intense cardio all through last year and did not gain.

i seem to have some circulation problem and leg skin drying up still. and crave some form of those other things like smoothies and fat, raw of course.
anyways going by instinct and trust that the perfection is just there.

oh i also feel that raw just makes us younger within and out. i find that even with people among my age group i just seem to be mentally ahead with many things but just a child within and out. it is very liberating and peaceful. but ya its of course not the food thing overall but a very vital part to hold it all together. i totally totally agree!!!

~~~love to you and your fam~~~
thank you for hearing me!
Have luminous days and times! always
Hello beautiful!
:D
Heard your interview so many times over!!!! i just love your spunky clean spirit. the whole thing about raw and cell regeneration or the young sprightly thing is beautiful. totally blows my mind over. age is just a silly mental thing and health is sooo soo amazing. you keep getting a thousand times younger, sweetheart! it is all lovely.
oh ya and i can relate to the jackfruit!!! oh my!!! i just had a ten kilo jackfruit depoded the other day. it was so awesome and ripe that the pods just fell on their own when the skin was pulled!!! i love love love jackfruits!!!it is amazing how doing mono just makes you wanna do mono.
am not always doing mono now because of some problems i still need tweaking into. they are getting sorted out and i trust am on the right path. going with my body of course and feeling at peace, and going by instinct as you said. so i do a green smoothie when i feel like it or some lightly boiled mono veggie. i know raw is just the way. and i have done full raw for a year now and intend to do so the highest always. and when my body is ready and feels awesome it will always be fruits. fruits are the best. but i sure have some fine tuning to do here.
you are always such a positive and shining source of inspiration. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU, FRUIT GODDESS~~~
I look forward to get your book soon too!
