im leaving that one alone, wellllll alone Yogibear....farrrrrrrrrrrr away, some talk big you know,it sounds more impressive its the quiet ones ya gotta watch out for,the unknown quantities lol
Ha ha Yoga Brudder! :o) Well believe it or not a lot of people ask me for NO NUTS in recipes and this makes sense to me. Normally how many nuts do we eat when we were on cooked foods? Like a few handfuls a day a few times out of the year, but all of a sudden on RAW Food we eat TONS everyday? Makes no sense...nuts are a snack, not a staple, not a meal! And they do have a lot of fat and are hard to digest, long time raw foodists eat very little nuts they mostly eat greens, salads, fruit, etc...you are what you eat so don't get too NUTTY! lol
Also some diet experts say you should only do 30% fat a day, having tons of nuts in desserts and raw food is well over that amount. Also according to the 80-10-10 if you are into that says same thing... :o) Also nuts are expensive!
Hey Brudder! There are lots of possibilities. If you want to come visit for a few days to a week and hang out, we can arrange something pretty inexpensive. If you are open to fasting, or even better, can take 9 weeks and want to take everythang to the next level, you might have some interest in the internship program. It's guaranteed to take your health and overall growth up mucho. If you're interested in this possibility, I can have you speak with any of my current students; two are planning on staying on permanently, one has been here twice before and is also thinking about being here full time, and the other is going merrily on her way next week, thrilled with what she's learned and experienced. There's an investment, but it's pretty reasonable for all that you get, including 9 weeks in paradise, room and board, tons of education and coaching, lots of fun, etc., etc. I'd still love to speak with you whatever you want to do...
awesome kundalini sounds groovee my friend, studio politics eh? not you! I thought you would be a good sheeple? :P
Hmm I love doing yoga outdoors best by far but like you said the focus issue can be a prob.
I injured my elbow through weights the other week and currently not getting my full range of movement which can make salutes challenging and painful when i push it. i have done ashtanga in the past for about 8years averaging twice a week, my results were fantastic....might have to focus on the pranayama for a while until my elbow heals.
was also contemplating ashtanga teacher training when I was on Koh Phangan in Thailand last year, pretty cheap and great location...ahhh options options.
so listen my curdled milk friend ha ha~~you i can cope with because you are still a beautiful kind and loving person with or without marbles lol..love n hugs eh xx
Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
I'm planning to start enemas too (I think when my roommate will leave next month...). Of course it's unnatural, but we have eaten unnatural for years and years and I believe it can help a lot getting out the waste.
I just wanted to ask, what water...
I have a full size Excalibur that I never use. What an investment huh?
I just found I prefer my fruit n veggies simply prepared, I have little patience for the dehydrator. Ive seen the magical things people prepare with it though, so if you like m...
