i think what got me under my skin about daniel was that he put a live bee in our elixer and kind of made some comments about ashtanga and 'dogma' religiosity.. a lesson in tollerance for me, i do feel really greatful about the whole experience, opened some doors that i didn't know existed... i liked that he is so inspired by ghandi and really motivates people, unveils and gets down and personal, very simple at heart.. time for deep breathing ... it is too freaky cold her to go outside right now.. thanks for listening yogabudder, jai pranayama,

yeah the cholostrum freaks me out, and the deer antler, but my friend sarah, who is his promotions girl in canda, and her mom, say it's great and helps a lot.. after being on the inside of the daniel vitalis wagon and crew ( i was the massage therapist girl for the retreat for the staff...) i kind of have some opinions on his work, and a lot of respect, but i have some mixed feelings about his ways.. which i think is good, you know, to take a little from here and there.. very inspiring speaker and person and surthriving!
