I only started taking it last week when my dozen arrived. So far, I'm "ramping up" and haven't gotten to the 2oz. per day level I'd like to stay at for 12 weeks. But, I do feel a slight evening of mood and energy and little more enthusiasm near the end of each day.
Not recently, but years ago it was powdered blue green algae from Klammath Lake which changed my life powerfully. I may order it again too, but for the next 12 weeks I will be using the frozen E3 to see how that works for me.
"thinking" about expating. how's south/central america sound? come back to the states? so many questions.......

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
