Thanks for the comment. I have really enjoyed your videos. Im working on creating some raw sweet treats that arent all NUTS today. Got 4 pumpkins yesterday at the local garden center. Any suggestions? Im thinking some sort of truffle. Also intending to make a Black Forrest Truffle w/ Dark Cherries in the center. Dont know if I can pull it off, but raw food is always worth a try. Hope you get your little piece of paridise soon. Not sure why Ive been so blessed, but sure am grateful!!! God is good ALL the time :o)
Ok , I think I overdosed on my green grapefruit juice......it is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Thanks a bunch fro the recipe, and don't be afraid to give me more...I'm a green smoothie junkie, oh and the one with the spinach, banana, almond milk and honey and vanilla bean, is to die for!!!!
I took a look at the website and saw that the cafe is a little less than an hour from where I use to live. I'm from Frederick, Maryland and my parents still live there. I think I'm going to contact Jody and talk to her about the classes. Then, maybe, when I'm in Maryland visiting family, I can also stop there for the classes. Thanks for letting me know about Jody.

I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
