It's interesting, I've read in totally unrelated topics that we live in a thought based universe. I found it in my book 'Autobiography of a Yogi' and also in a book talking about out of body experiences.
The 801010 is going well. The energy is really good and it's pretty easy for me because I can me a fruit glutton. : ). Had any good smoothies lately?

Also I was about to ask you, are you familiar with the work of Katherine Woodward Thomas : Calling in the One ??? The book sounds incredible. It is about empowering yourself to call in the best romantic relationship you can have. it does not mean that it is for singles only, it means creating that space within you that is ready for the best relationship that you can evoke from being you. it sounds incredible. i heard her talk and listened to their audios. it is beautiful. let me know what you think. it resonates with me deeply.
oh green smoothies :D yes... DIVINE TIMING. I have a huge jar and a glass of this incredible smoothie made up of carrots, carrot greens and a huge lot of cukes right beside me now :)
yes, they are amazing. i was doing a whole lot of them last summer. then my blender was not working for ages and now they are back :0
The first thing perhaps i noticed was that my spirits rose up :) :) :) High, high, high,.... i have always been this optimistic person but i had stages where i suffered too. really low phrases but when you are raw and doing green smoothies you are so calm and healed. right? your spirits are contagious i trust :). of course when i initially went raw i was going through this incredible detox where i had the strangest mood swings in ageeees. i went mad. i always feel green smoothies are perfect to restore balance. and within the first two months of high raw my vision totally healed. i had been wearing glasses since i was ten years old----. yea, and i had a horrible eye nerve strain two years back that even made it worse. would you believe it that i could throw away my glasses FOR EVER within the first two months of raw ??? even as vegan/vegetarian there were days when i was all fruits but it wasnt until i fully committed to being raw that this incredible thing happened. and yeah greens make you so calm, balanced and HIGHHH. incredible. apart from green smoothies am basically a fruitarian.i enjoy mono mealing on fruits most. and doing incredibly well with that . its just natural for my body to love juicyyyy fruits and LOADS of coconut water. being born in the tropics these come easy ~~~~ its a blessing. :)
do you get plenty of coconut water where you are staying? arent they gorgeous???

Techniques for staying lifted? Whenever I'm tempted to think negatively, I just immediately shift my attention to friends & family, & just start blessing & thanking them & hoping that they're all doing well.
Just taking my mind off of myself, & shifting it to people that I'd like to help.
Also, I recite Abraham's 7 Truths...which works every time to get me back in touch with our innate power/Source.

That Lovejoy technique you shared with me makes a lot of sense. I've heard about it before, but it seemed so simple...too simple for me, I was skeptical that it could be that easy, so I never tried it.
But it does make sense now that you've laid it out for me. It reminds me of the old saying, 'The Devil's in the details'...
We all have these big dreams for ourselves, but keep getting caught up in the who-what-when-where-&-why's (the logic & reason) of it that we never allow ourselves to move forward in that better direction.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I avoid the internet on the weekends & this past week was St. Patrick's Day, & I work with a lot of Irish people, so there was a lot of free food. Most of it not raw & very heavy to those who consumed it (potato salad, ham sandwiches, green shamrock cookies, etc...), which I did with gusto, & it made me very sluggish-groggy, so I wasn't physically or mentally fit to visit WLIR at all.
But thankfully, it's Friday, & the Irish food has run out, so I'm back.
I feel that you are a sister-kindred spirit as well. When I first saw your picture, I thought you looked good, then I read that you were an Abe fan so that was cool, so I asked the Universe to bring you to me, and He did!
It wasn't even a deep prayer type thing, just a casual command. Next thing I know, I get a comment & an invite from you.
Oh yeah, another of my favorite Abe quote:
Never accept reality unless it is the one you absolutely want.
For example, this economic "crisis", I heard Obama & his team say that it was going to take years to pull ourselves out of the recession, but I said to myself, "No, I want it to get better NOW...this year."
and I wouldn't let go of that desire, and now the stock market is up, and there's going to be a better, more conscientious financial model to benefit all Americans.
It's a blast how one person can influence big things like things. We really are at the center of the Adoring Universe.

That's hilareous. My husband looks at the sun to make himself sneeze. There's some weird phenomena that 10% of the population has that looking at the sun makes them sneeze.

Hi Loren. Dillon is 6 years old, very skinny and eats like a horse, I have noted in the past that when he has had a virus and been suffering from fever and lack of appetite that his autism is less severe.

I repeat it to myself when I get a little bit nervous or afraid, & it clears all the uncertainty out of your head.
And I play numbers games as well, but I like prime numbers. Like $13.17. Numbers divisible only by itself & 1.
