fave clutter clearing tips:
1. only buy stuff you will use often.
2. sell or donate all items that no longer appeal to you.
3. have an attractive clear vase in your kitchen for receipts and business cards.
4. have an gorgeous vintage candy dish or parfait glass for coins.
5. large sized french memory boards for bills and inspirational magazine tear-outs instead of bulletin boards.
6. monochromatic sets of organizers from ikea for the office. all white is striking!
7. beauty products on trays for bathrm vanities. to clean the countertop, just remove trays.
8. keeping a notebook and insert plastic zip pockets for warranties, extra buttons, small parts, recipes, etc.
9. paper shred credit card offers and old bills immediately to avoid id theft.
10. read lifehacker.com to organize your computer.
8. replace mirrored closet doors with solid ones. mirrored makes the room look more cluttered- not bigger.

I'd rather pay a maid $30/month than have mops and cleaning accessories lingering around my house. I try to own as little as possible to avoid clutter.

I sell/trade to clothes to Buffalo Exchange or Crossroads. Do they have such in your town? Then I take the rest to Goodwill.

Yes, I've listened to a few lectures of Abraham- Lots of enlightening data there. I believe he's among a very large group of helpful beings working each in their own ways to help mankind improve thought and free themselves.
I would appreciate a CD. I do have access to many on line, Youtube etc.But if you have something better than is available online I'd love to hear it. Don't want to impose though. We're all so busy I know.

Hi agree with Erin, everything she suggested is very similiar to wha ti have found.
I am also seeing an accupuncturist and realize that we actually need cooked foods in our diet to support the spleen.
Healing with whole foods is a great start..
I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports:
1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs
2) it feels great, but that's just the warmth and it doesn't actually do anything...
Because we believe we are dying. Fact is there is no such thing as "natural causes" or "dying of old age" death is always the result of sickness and disease, of which, all are preventable.
