African salad is a great number of oil-bean seed perboiled, sliced and covered with a particular native leaves to ferment for five days to give another flavour because it was originally bitter. After that, it mixed with palm oil, pepper, potash, fresh prawn, fish or stockfish and served somehow chilled or warm. What a delicious flavour. Thanks.
