that sounds great :) I'm sure you'll be able to make it over there, have you been in touch with Trina who is the founder? she is my close friend and I believe she is very interested in people with building experience if you would be interested in doing a work trade. be sure to send me some poems :D
Thank you, I think I was 3 at the time of this pic? Herbal learning is going ... slow. I'm trying to learn the craft of soapmaking and apply herbs and essential oils to that. I feel like I'm back in school! I was never much good at chemistry :) but it's all very cool. How are you?
I hope to see you there, I love poetry, I do drawing and illustration so maybe we could do something together over there:) can I read your poems somewhere?
my kitties love their wheatgrass! you wouldn't believe how clear and beautiful their eyes are since I have been giving it to them. I'm excited to see you are an expert on plants- i am enrolling in botany for my next quarter in school!
hi Paul,
i have not been on in a few weeks. been very busy! you left me a comment about smiling. thanks for taking the time to read my profile. :) i find that sometimes the most important thing for me is to smile at myself when i look in the mirror. sometimes we can be our own worst critics and i know i tend to be very hard on myself (im such a perfectionist - working on it though...) and if i can remember to smile at myself, it does make a difference.
sending you a big happy smile now!! :D
Happy Day to you!!!

I am always attracted to energy work. i know this is what i want to do at some point. i am getting trained at psychotherapy counselling but thats just one of the things i wish to do.
i want to do more of practical animal communication. i have been instinctively in tune with that. maybe the practice came with involvement with rescue shelters since childhood. i wish to do many many things on the energy field and metaphysical realm. i get to read whatever i get hooked onto and called for in this field. am only beginning but am totally opened and thrilled at the work in all forms.
it is awesome to know you. i wish to be trained in massage work too. hopefully my teacher would come on my path too.
tell me about your energetic healing and metaphysical practice. am very into this. would love to learn about your work and practice. would be totally glad. thanks so much ~~~~
thanks paul... not many people enjoy my taste in music... i guess it's a little to fruity for the average palate.... at least that's the response i get from my sister... that my music is fruity... lol... god, fruit is taking over my life!

i love this:
"raw deserts have my attention right now...lol...in the summer though, i will absolutely wade through the thorns to get blackberries and concord grapes, eating them untill my face is stained purple."
i did the same thing for blackberries over the summer... people gave me strange looks because my lips were always purple :)
hey! yes, thanks, that was a year ago, that post, and i did end up doing a three month juice feast. it was fantastic, and the anniversary is coming up; i might do 1-3 days just to tune up :)
to touch on our other conversation, it is VERY hard to juice and stay local, hahah. ill see what i can do ;)
I would like to now list the benefits I have experienced since being on a low fat raw vegan lifestyle....
* Easily maintain a healthy weight, gaining weight is DIFFICULT unless I eat salt (which i haven't for 2years)
* Very quick recovery from i...
sub-acids are my favourite - but they bastards don't leave the tops on them and i can't plant them.... i must go to a sub-acid farm and steal some!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
