WATER ALKALIZERS - opinions & experience wanted!
....um.... what the title said.
I think want to purchase one, but am unsure because... well... it seems like everyone has SOMEthing to sell these days! Then there are the "studies" that are conducted (by the manufacturers!), and then some of the companies are pyramid schemes... talk about a funny taste in my mouth.
So, what are your experiences with these water alkalizing systems? Are they worth the money?
Here are the names I have seen: Tyent, Jupiter, Enagic, Life Inonizers and there is a website called ionizersreviewed.com but I'm not sure who they're funded by... I'm so skeptical, but who wouldn't be when it comes to an investment of a couple Gs?

It is a lot of money, and I'm not one to gamble - the whole water thing boggles my mind. I'm going to call up a scientist pal of mine and see if he can shed light...

something you might try is Hydrogen Sticks (http://www.hydrogenwaterstick.com ). I Heard about it from a guy in my Raw Food Meet-Up group. He swears by them.
I also agree that Spring water is ultimately the best. and you can get drops to raise the PH, if you like.

I'm not convinced.. i've had water from a couple different ones.. Kangen for sure and some others i don't remember but my whole intuition says "i'm not convinced at all".. but, right now i'm drinking reverse osmosis water so that what does that say about me.. i feel that there is something unnatural about both but that little alkalinizer just seems super weird to me..
i think if you could afford the water machine, why not get spring water delivered in big glass bottles? here it's expensive but i would say it's the best way to go, unless you have a place to fill up from a spring nearby where you live..

I think most people want to do this because they need attention, not because it really turns them on... maybe different for the people watching? personally don't want any more secreted bodily fluids to avoid in the city.. isn't there enough piss e...

Full disclosure - I work as a therapist.
Yes, it helps.
But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
No problem at all. We're all here to support each other in our journeys. :D
with a manual camera I used a slow shutter speed (1/5) and kept my head moving side to side. i used Photoshop to get the contrast and color look.

It hasn't faded any yet, but I've only heard of problems with some of the phosphorus inks and ours don't have any in. But who knows, the approved UV inks have only been out a few years and they're more expensive so not a lot of people take the opt...

Yeah, he doesn't look like the healthiest 62 year old. Well, at least he seems to look healthy at a glance, but he looks a bit aged for 62, and he seemed to have a stiff jaw or something going on there.
And those doctors are the typical clueless ...
