i'm doing a week of all fresh fruits and veggies (nothing dehydrated, sun-dried), no overt fats, salt, seaweed or herbs as a kind of spring cleanse. i figured i'd record it here because, well, i like reading what other people eat. i'm probably not alone in this. so, for all of you dietary voyeurs, enjoy!
2 red grapefruits
ice cream of 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup strawberries
3 carrots
1 dragon fruit
smoothie of 3 bananas, 1 kiwi, juice of 1 lemon, 4 large stalks of celery
3 bananas,1 kiwi
the kiwi was to die for. i think i'll have to pick up some more, as i'll probably be finishing the rest for breakfast in the morning.
i also had around 100oz of water (guess i was extra thirsty today).
usually, i like to consumer more greens than this, but i'm visiting my parents for a week, and organic produce selection is pretty limited around here.
