Give it to me Raw

There's a Hole in my House where my oven used to be...

I'm getting closer to the day!!!

Still at work preparing the Raw Kitchen RV for the 2009 Purely Raw USA Tour. I'm happy to say that there is one less working stove/oven in the world!

I present my former oven...

and it's replacement...

in the Raw Kitchen RV...

Just drop me a line and I'll add your town to the tour.

Cheers,
Chris

Wow I'll be on the Atlantic coast (North Carolina) at the end of June. You being on the Pacific coast. It will be interesting to see where in the states our paths do cross. No matter which way we either go, we'll be moving closer together.

My family is doing " Eco Raw trip" around North America since April 2009.
We are a pure raw family, Chang-yu (mother) and two lovely healthy raw children, Didi 4 & Enen 6 years of age. We’re committed and trying our best to do “GREEN”, sustainable Raw travels from England, UK to America. So it means NO flying and maintain our 100% raw lifestyle from England by ship to NYC, and then by land from East coast to Pacific coast. Now we're staying at a friend's in Chicago, next week we plan to visit California, then Oregon (for the Matt & Angela's Rawunion), no solid plan after 23 June.
Your RV kitchen is so cool. We've got a VW camper (combi) on our wish list. Do you have enough power for dehydrator or/and maybe vitamix? Is there any chance we can meet up somewhere and travelling togather?

Hope everything goes well at your end.

Blessings from Chang-yu

OK Phoenix is on the list. What a great symbol of transformation? Phoenix could be the Raw HQ. Thanks for RawV. ;-)

Yes, I like smaller groups actually. 8-15 for me. I like everyone to get plenty to eat and get individual attention if they want it. More than 15 makes this a bit of a struggle. I love IN, big Mellancamp fan. Went to Bloominton even to see him preform at little 500. Wow 150,000 people singing together. More than half of which were outside the actual IU stadium cause it only holds about 60,000. Isn't Goshen a Bible city?

I see now you are already on the Eastern side.....if ever you are up north here, it'd be great to have you speak.

Are you heading East on 80 through INdiana at all? We are right off (well, 1/2 hour) 80. It would be great if you would stop by Goshen! What does your talk go like? There is an emerging raw interest, and I'm sure we could get enough for a small crowd of 8-20. Last raw potluck was about 20-25, and my friend did a class which drew about 25-30. what do you think? Or if you want a bigger city, I know a couple people in South Bend.

ReAwakening

Good Morning! I just thought I would post to say hello to everyone, as I am coming back after a long haul of taking care of others who were in very bad straights, which in turn put me in very bad straights too.  I am back to being me now, and pursing the life I have wanted and missed for so long.  I am growing my holistics and massage practice in Coppell, TX, healing myself, and thriving! It looks like many of the folks I knew when I first truly embraced raw veganism are not around.  I was…See More

If you can do headstand, it is easier to do the Lotus position there then sitting. 62 year old Narayani explains why and demonstrates how to do Urdhva Padmasana, Headstand in Lotus, also called inverted Lotus Position. It is a more advance Hatha Yoga Asana. You should know the basics of Yoga before trying. Even if you can't try, it is beautiful to watch. Recording in Yoga Vidya Ashram Meinberg. In the background you can see a mural of the Kundalini Shakti going through the 7 Chakras.
