Swine Flu is it the same old song and dance?

you know...I wrote a big rant about the dangers of vaccines an the damaging effects of pharmaceutical drugs, the fragile balance in the body an the rampant prescription of drug to children diagnosed with this or that, mothers remember the Thalidomide babies??or how in the 1970s the Salk Polio vaccine was shown to actually cause Polio, as do many vaccines actually cause the dis ease, an contained 149 live viruses including SV40 the same one found in cancer cells, as well as we know mercury an other heavy metals...I even put in how doctors treatments an prescriptions KILL TWOHUNDREDEIGHTYTHOUSAND 280,000 or MORE Men, Women an Children a YEAR!!! look it up Yourself...

so I was going to write about all this and more, then I realized how important for each of us to do our research to discover these things, so I encourage each an everyone of Us Human Beings to Wake Up, an Wake others UP
to seeing that the time is Now, and find the strength to stand on our own two feet to Let our voices be heard...
its time to take responsibility for our own health an destiny....

some food for thought...may be preaching to the choir and each of us has friends, an I know there are good people in every profession...

so lets share these with the world
so I dont have to tell you, that a healthy diet, raw vegan organic foods, a daily meditation in the sunlight an fresh air, some healthy exersise, getting plenty of deep sleep, green juices an hydrating liquids
even taking things like Echinacea which is best taken in advance of getting sick or Olive Leaf or Elderberries or colloidal silver an gold, homeopathic tablets if necessary or probiotics which may help with digestion an assimilation, cause you already know, an will find out what will work best for you an your loved ones :)
