I started taking B6 and Iron this weekend, added it to my EFAs -- fish oil & rosehips -- and a regular old multivitamin.
I swear I feel different already! I woke up both yesterday and today feeling rested and chipper, which is NOT normal. I couldn't say which of the 2 is responsible, tho B6 seems like the obvious canidate, but I'm feeling so good!
Next I'll try some germanium and hopefully, when I can fit it into my budget, some white powder gold or platinum. Need more oxygen too.
I can't believe I waited so long to get into supplements!!! All these years body building & being so ED and it didn't occur to me. I just hate swallowing pills... but now siddenly I feel like I want to really up my minerals and get 'dosed.'
I'll keep updating as to my progress.
