Super smoothie :)
half a blender of nut milk...it is best to soak your nuts for a few hours...we like almonds and brazils
almonds are the most alkaline nut and this will help you feel balanced
quarter cup of flax seed ground to a meal
1 teaspoon of cinnamon which is full of chromium balancing your blood sugars :)
1 and a half cups of berries , blue, black , cherries or rasps
1 heap teaspoon of spirulina or marine plankton . or blue algae,
3 heaps of bee pollen ,
3 tbsps of flax oil ;)
1 tbsp of raw honey a pinch of celtic sea salt and Voila Monsieur
secret teaching:) this smoothie is high in protein meal , containing bothbee pollen and spirulina , which are two of the highest quality sources on the planet !
They both contain very long chains of amino acids that break down easily to single amino acids for max i mum protein assimilation .
Flax seed and berries provide 5 different types of fibre: cellulose, hemicellulose ,gums, lignin , & fruit fibre-all good for chelatingradioactiveisotopes out of the body , maintaining youthfulness of the body . Flax seed oil produces high density lipoproteins that are essential in helping our livers manage fats ;)
The carotenoids in the spirulina and selenium help protect immune cells ;)
from auto oxidative damage , and this enhances cytotoxic immunity .
