"thoughts are the foundation of everyting you become. everything you have in your life right now was once a thought in your mind. Thoughts shape your being and character. Everything, which happens to you, which you attract into your life, is a product of your thinking. This means you are 100% responsible for your life and death, and nothing outside of you can bring illness upon you." -david wolfe

The cause of negative thoughts:

1. Living with love withheld in the past or present

2. Enduring destructive criticism in the past or present

3. Ingesting too many acidic, phosphorous-rich foods or not ingesting sufficient alkaline, calcium/magnesium-rich foods.

4. Ingesting excessive cooked and processed foods (food degraded by heat and flame)

5. A dietary lack of long-chain 3 omega 3 essentially fatty acids in our brain tissue leads to neurological imbalance and, potentially, depression.

6. A lack of the amino acid tryptophan can lead to depression.

Thoughts are Things

1. get a clear picture on the computer screen of your mind of the primary achievement you wish to have, then continuously think about how to achieve it. What specific actions do you need to take? Record the achievement you have chosen and at least 5 specific steps to achieve it in your journal.

**For 21 straight days use the law of substitution to push out negative thoughts from your mind. Replace them with positive thoughts of your goals, aspirations and the greatest successes of your past.**

I read this chapter a few days ago. And at the time my rechargeable batteries were charging, my mouse was out of commission and so I could not put out my thoughts on the computer. So I started writing them down. Wow, as soon as I picked up the pen, my mind opened up, and I sat writing and writing and writing. I got to know myself a little more, and was able to connect with myself over issues that I have not been paying attention to lately. It was refreshing, amazing, and a real wake up call!

My computer screen shows a silly happy girl, who loves to be naked, and who loves to explore her sexuality, an exhibitionist who is excited to start exploring more! A girl who wants to be as earth loving and friendly as possible, always able and willing to learn more, grow more, and evolve more, and a girl who is constantly seeking the warm and fuzzies. She always pushes out of her comfort zone, to meet new and adventurous people.


To maintain this I need to:

1. be present about food choices and the take time to prepare and enjoy
when I eat well, I feel well, when I eat bad, I feel bad. it's amazing how much suffering and
lack of enjoyment I can sometimes tolerate. all for the quick instant satisfaction of my
cravings, comfortings, and lack of care.


2. connect with community and available inspiration and entertainment:

3. hold myself accountable
nobody else in the world can hold me accountable for my actions except for myself. nobody is there to tell me when I can or cannot do something. I have to keep my mind alert and loving so that I can easily and happily choice the right path


4. be easy on myself
the harder I am on myself through this process the harder I become on other people, and this is not an energy that I want to take in or put out. I am not perfect, I am not an extremist (any longer-my trials in my past caused my emotions to go up and down and up and down, not that I am just going with the flow, life is light, easy, and breezy. Just sometimes have to remind myself


5. LOVE myself
every second of every day! before anybody else can love me, I have to love myself. the more I love myself, the more love I have to give. I want to share as much love with this world as possible. and so I live to love myself more and more everyday!
