Suggestions for "Training In The Raw" A Workout Book for Raw Foodist.

TRAINING IN THE RAW will be a book like no other. It's geared for the Vegan Raw Foodist who wants to gain maximum body conditioning.

This book will work for both men and women.
I will be asking for volunteers for a month long training/diet program, so it will constructed on actually documented results including a training journal.(Inquire, if interested, will posting for volunteers very soon, more details to come)
It's a 100% Raw Vegan diet, including what, why and how much.

Through this forum I am asking everybody if you have any suggestions or what you would like to see in a Raw Food Workout book? This is for all of us. So please let me know. Also, If you want to add any kind of health/training tip, recipe or exercise, all suggestions are welcome :)

Hi Danny...this is great news! I am also working on a book (very different than yours)...i wish i lived in your city...i would love some training...I never got into weights...i have always been scared of the bulkyness...but I think this is what a lot of woman feel...but with the right trainer (you) who is knowledgeable and raw too! it would be amazing....still...if I can help I would love too..

HI Danny I would like to contribute info, advice and my raw recipes as I am into RAW Weight Lifting big time! Stephen Arlin really motivated me to weight lift and it made me feel good, gave me more energy but I found out on RAW I don't get as sore, heal faster and bigger muscles! Naturally it depends on which group you are marketing to, but personally I think it would be interesting to take up not only extreme sports/training, but also yoga, pilates and other less intense activites (Maybe two books?).

I do pilates and have been known to run on occasion, but am not "sporty" beyond that. I would love to have a book that combined diet, a less intense excercise regime and everyday tips that you can integrate into your day (I always stretch at the bus stop in a way that nobody knows that I'm stretching... real casual like :-) ).

To tell you a bit about where I'm at: Right now I walk about four miles every morning made up of very hilly terrain with steep forest trails, gravel and beach trails and run up four sets of stairs along the way. On the beach I perform breathing exercises and intake plenty of negative ions. I come home and rest a bit and eat breakfast and do household chores and then I practice yoga with meditation for about 40-50 minutes. Then I mountain bike later in the day (also very hilly terrain) for about an hour. I only rest on Saturdays and on my daily walks I alternate the steps for a very step hill every other day.

I am doing everything I can think of to exercise my whole body to get in optimal shape and health. If you have any advice I would be grateful!
