TRAINING IN THE RAW will be a book like no other. It's geared for the Vegan Raw Foodist who wants to gain maximum body conditioning.
This book will work for both men and women.
I will be asking for volunteers for a month long training/diet program, so it will constructed on actually documented results including a training journal.(Inquire, if interested, will posting for volunteers very soon, more details to come)
It's a 100% Raw Vegan diet, including what, why and how much.
Through this forum I am asking everybody if you have any suggestions or what you would like to see in a Raw Food Workout book? This is for all of us. So please let me know. Also, If you want to add any kind of health/training tip, recipe or exercise, all suggestions are welcome :)
