Give it to me Raw

Hi everyone, I'm getting ready to go into an extremely stressful week next week. Would anyone please share tips in order to not have a breakdown and eat cooked food when I'm up late at night and stressed to the max?

One spoonful spirulina with juice of 1/2 lime -- calms everything down instantly. Seriously magical.

Lately I have been chewing on carrot and celery sticks at night... It's oddly soothing.

yoga is the key. practice breathing DEEP! long, slow deep breaths...several in a row and let your troubles and negativity out with each exhale.

1. Breathe.
2. Stay hydrated.
3. Exercise!
4. Make yourself a big raw treat to have when you feel like you're craving something you don't want to eat. Or keep your favorite indulgence handy - dates, raw crackers, cheesecake, avocados, whatever.
5. If you give in and eat some cooked food, don't beat yourself up about it. It will only add to your stress. You can start fresh at the next meal.

Thank you Wrenn that is what I thought too and your comments are very helpful! I think it would also be cool at $.99 for 5 TOTALLY new raw recipes and then it can be a series of them at $.99 each...thanks for your comment!
