Give it to me Raw

I am exploring all of the different foods I have as options as I continue my raw journey...
Does anyone have an opinion on sprouted breads, as in a brand like Ezekiel or a local company?
Could it be on my menu or is it not a popular raw choice?
Also, I just invested in a juicer and am about to do the same for a Dehydrator-any cool recipes to try?

My favorite juice is a basic old standard, but it is heavenly...Granny Smith apple, carrot and ginger. I love it!

I love the Ezekiel sprouted english muffins. They are chewy and taste really good with raw almond butter, agave or yacon syrup with some cinnamon. They arent raw but they are really healthy and taste good.

You're suppose to be able to pick the leaf out of the middle - and it comes out realllllllll easy - if it's ripe. It should smell ripe too.

Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
