sound vibration

i was exploring with sound, playing
many of the sacred rhythms such as the Native American
employ at the center...a heartbeat...which we entrain, internalize that vibration
when listening to.

The beat holding strong the path between this and the other worlds...
guiding us on a melodic journey...into a new vibration of space and time.

The voice...chanting...sacred sound vibration...inducing a blissful ecstatic experience
understanding this, sacred sound with intention as a movement toward
merging and becoming one with creation.

We can create transformational healing energies to benefit the planet

with the OUM
which i am sure many are familiar with
but has anyone really broke it down
into its sound components
to see the full value of this
ancient tone
its pronunciation really more AUM
sends a vibration through the body
lets explore
lets say it silently a few times
AA OO AUU NNG MM
AA OO AUU NNG MM
AA OO AUU NNG MM
now let it ring out
feel the vibration of every tone
move through your body
notice the quality
imagine a tone right before you speak
and follow it through

complete each breath as a cycle
allow each sound to follow the breath completely
before inhaling preparing for the next sound

continue this process until blissful :)

you may find it easier to start off
doing say, a minute or two at a time
allowing it to settle
then coming back to expand
feeling the vibration
cleansing
do it a few more minutes at a time.
give it some time, experiment
with what feels right with you
maybe adding a drum heart beat
as you continue to breathe in and out
maybe breathing in an intention
such as connectiong to the
universal healing energies
and then breathing out a tone
play with it and in joy......
