someone to teach me how to make nice easy raw food
i would love someone to teach me how to make some easy raw meals before i go back to scotland. so that i can go back and not panic with the lack of raw food restaurants. If anyone knows good digestion and food combining recipes i would love to be shown. I live in culver city:)

Scottishgirl, there are loads of great recipe books out there now on raw. Do a search on amazon.

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
