Raw foods in Paris
I'm visiting Paris in May for a few days and was wondering if anyone knows of any raw food / vegan / vegetarian restaurants in Paris. And where do I find the organic markets? I hear Paris has fantastic markets. Also, I'm very into World Music, especially African music, Are there any cafes that have preferably live African musicians performing? I tried to look on the internet, but since this isn't mainstream, there are no english websites, that I have found so far.

I will be in Paris though with an elderly couple who will want their meat and potato meals, so I think our choice of restaurants will be very different and I don't feel like eating iceberg salad, tomatoes and lettuce in non-vegetarian restaurants for 4 days, so I'd rather let them go their way and wander off for a tasty vegan meal somewhere or just buy my fresh organic foods at the markets. Thanks for that, you're a star!!

I have never dried them myself, but in France and Italy you can buy them already dried (at what temperature I don't know). It was awhile since I ate them (before I went raw).
My saliva has never commented on how I smell. But my mouth tastes fine. And, in case you were wondering, my various excretions all smell good too!
