Raw has been going really great- I've pretty much stayed raw besides having some organic coffee and some soup one day. Other than that I've been doing great! Altogether, I've lost about 5 lbs. I think- I feel like I've slimmed up more than that, but I know that sometimes with raw it takes longer for the number to register on the scale. I have watermelon, tons of organic tomatoes,organic cukes, organic greens, organic broccoli, organic celery, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, huge bag of raw corn (although I'm scared to eat it b/c of gmos- does anyone else eat corn that is not organic?) raw nuts and raw granola and lots of Larabars plus bellpeppers and okra from my garden- so i have NO excuse not to eat raw! I've also been running 2-3 miles everyday along with the gym for 1 hour daily- the only thing that I need to work on is drinking more water and less coffee-once I do that I will feel 100% better!!
