Ramadan is up!
The Karim as for Generous month of Ramadan is coming,in the whole world the muslim community will fast for one month,we abstain from eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset. An opportunity to cleanse the body and yet a spiritual practice, it's not only about the food! It's a generous way to work the self,meditate,think about the poors in the world who have nothing to eat,strenghthen the spirit,deepens the self, identify the ego and touch others aspects of the soul.
In this month no lie, slander, denouncing someone behind his back false oath greed or covetousness otherwise the fast is not respected in it's whole purpose. Upragding the soul to a higher level, that's the purpose.
And in any community, the point is not always understood:) some people might fast physically only with a deep conviction that they are doing the best they can!
Looking forward to it despite the hunger, because the moment I eat I feel the bliss.I am planning on breaking the fast with giant sexy smoothie, and play in the kitch to have fun!
Any fasters out there?
