I live in a down home area of the country, what can I say? Things are a little more "affordable".

I was hoping you'd take ME to Thai with YOU in your suitcase, why NOT?!! Heh-heh!! Never been to Thailand though I practice Thai Massage, thought it would be a great excuse for a trip, wanting to do THAT for a long, long time. Thai massage for hours, on the beach, think of it. Almost moved there to teach ESL more than once. $800 for seven fillings, that's ALL? It's an extensive job I've heard, had a friend who had it done six months ago, cost him a lot more, in a fancy part of Austin. But I guess all dentists in A-town are expensive, such a racket! I've heard similar tales to Pink Lady Apple, seems to me.

I've done a great many fasts, and feasts, done the Master Cleanse twice, back to back, not smart, 12 and 13 days. I was extreme back in the day. Don't believe in Master Cleanse anymore, not big on maple syrple, cept for THE TASTE, yum, used to spoon it into my mouth when I made my lemonade formula. Also, I'm naturally yin, and vegeable juices, fruit juices, go to my light head. i might do a supervised fast some day, not in a hurry. i've had many colonics, not lately. I've studied arnold ahret, paavlo aerola, norman walker many years ago, was macrobiotic for many years, not anymore obviously. I have a hard time convincing myself to fast these days.

Feast or famine, ha-ha! Or, fast or famine. Fast is famine, that might be it, so to speak. Your kids are precious, like their mother!

Don't EAT the tooth soap!! Yikes!

I also have 7 mercury fillings. I'd love to get them out soon, but I'm confused by all the talk about chelating, and poison, and how Pink Lady Apple got mercury poisoning when she got hers out. So I want to be really careful. Will you take me to Chang Mai with you? :) LOL It doesn't seem cheap to fly to Thailand!! I could get all mine out for $800 at a dentist here. He's progressive, claims to be a Raw Foodist, but I'm scrutinizing him..........


JUicing,.....yeah, today is day 6 of my juice "feast"...I can hardly stomach the green juice right now. I don't know why, because last Spring it tasted fine to me. So its been more of a fast than a feast. (2 quarts a day instead of a gallon) Have you ever juiced feasted or fasted? I fasted twice before on my own, and the first time before that was at the Tree.

Then tonight I broke down around the green beans with pink salt. cooked even. Garden fresh you know? So I ate some .. Actually, last night I ate about 1 cup of watermelon too.

so a MOSTLY feast/fast. I'm hoping to up the intake so I don't get so hungry.
I tried apple/peach lemonade tonight, and the kids were begging for more. I'm gonna try to do more tasty ones so I can stick with this. I've got allergies to heal!

I was joking about saponified oils, never heard of them. I've been using Dr. Bronner's for many years, and got the idea to brush my teeth with it. After a while, it left a taste (weird) in my mouth all the time, so I stopped. I haven't used Crest or commercial toothpaste in decades. I haven't seen Toothsoap. You're a big-time juicer? Fruit? Vegetables? My juicer (Champion) needs work. I want to take it in to the shop. :_) Never did one of those things before. You musta brought it out of me......If I'd a typewriter I could put an underline on top of the other underline fir a Toothsoap-eating grin!

It's definitly in the back of my mind (and my mouth). I have a friend who suggested I go to Chang Mai, Thailand. He thinks the dentists there are some of the world's bestest, and cheapest. I have seven mercury fillings. You?

This is funny, I had a sample of Dr. Bronners baby soap, and started using it on my teeth...what is the difference...isn't Dr. Bronners saponified oils too? Its not my favorite, but beats crest. I would love to try tooth soap, but haven't wanted to spend the money...I'm too busy spending money on juice feasting stuff, and on and on

You guys are great! I tongue scrape, into it. Breanna, i just sent you three! messages, on a roll. Amy, been reading about silica lately from D. Wolfe, and horsetail in particular.

A friend told me he went to Thailand (Chang Mai) to remove his mercury. Said the dentists are better than Mexico.

I'll look around for the Toothsoap/Swish. I use Tea Tree Toothpaste with Baking Soda, cuz it was on sale at the health food store.
